had dinner at sushi tei at serangoon gardens. funny that after staying in the area for almost 2 years, i still haven't tried most of the food there yet. given that there's chomp chomp, market, borsch, a couple of other coffee shops and a western restaurant and i've only eaten at pow sing and cafe cartel, i really need to buck up man if i am to consider myself as a food connoiseur. ahaha.
back to sushi tei. wow the place is really nice lor. nice ambience and feel. the staff were pretty friendly even though i was dining by myself. yeah, i was eating by myself. ( thumbs up ) anyway i didn't have much money with me so i had to be cautious with my orders. had tempura udon, one white plate and one blue plate. hmm the udon was good - much better than that cheapskate sakae sushi, and the tempura batter was fresh. the background music playing was relaxing too.
spent 13.50 in total. sshh.
then walked all the way home. thought it would be good to walk after a meal.
as i watched the plates go round and round on the conveyor belt, i could not help but think of you. aren't we going round and round with no end too?
as i walked, i let my sorrows drown in the silver moonlight. but tonight the moon was pathetically skinny, and she tried to do her best.
well u won't be reading this. it was my intention not to let u know of this eden. it is out of bounds to u. and it will remain locked till i get an explanation from u.
so i wait, and inside me my heart begins to crumble. it doesn't melt, for im feeling cold all over.
