as promised, a post dedicated to FOOKS.
mr fooks real name is foo k.s, but for convenience we called him as mentioned above. he is the relief teacher for mr kwa, who somehow is in school but doesn't teach us due to some black project called
RAFFLES ACADEMY.
fooks is a very old man - a retired lecturer from ngee ann poly. if us 16-yr-old guys can't stand him, i wonder how the poly ppl study under him. >.<
anyway, like any other old person, he tends to stray off-topic and nag about other stuff. but the best thing about him is his pronounciation. he cannot pronounce the letter 'v' properly, so he says it as 'w' instead.
typing until here, i realise im typing in rather good english today. don't ask why. -.-
back to topic. here a few examples about speaking the letter 'v':
"im wery clewer. but why u all say im clewer? there're other ppl more clewer than me!"
another sentence also including the word "clewer" : "i am a humble person, but i am wery clewer."
u think that's bad? read on.
"i don't care how u all pronounce it, but it's v-i-a
WIA." everyone laughs and jonathan as usual imitates fooks, emphasising on "wia". fooks immediately frowns and corrects him : "it's WIA lar!"
coincidentally the fire alarm rings. si en says "sir, fire!"
fooks: "WIA!"
hoho. here's another v-word:
"wague"
there are many other funny stuff which he said ( both definitions ), but u won't get it if i post here. so that's all for mr fooks.
i'll try to get a photo if possible.
cherry garcia..
