my arms hurt! ytd last training, keep smashing the sec 1 guy. haha. damn fun la. i think i exerted too much strength. k then after training coach found 3 balls under the roller shutter, so have to do pt. nvm la, last training, do a memorable pt. lolz. so do frog jump 2 rounds, then 20 pushups, 20 sit-ups. kindda died. then sec 4s take photo, so many pon lor. walau. then after that go hardcore soccer some more. table tennis vs hockey. halfway through mr mag joined the hockey team. walau he damn imba sia. can't keep up with him coz he's so bloody tall and run quite fast.
me, marcus, wai sum, james and peng di. will nvr forget those days in the gym. i'll nvr regret changing my cca to table tennis!

tdy hardcore history at lkc ref library. realised that neoh taught a lot of wrong..erm shouldn't say wrong la..more like misconceptions -.- the book i found rocks man. got a hell lot of info on industrial revolution, but because got a lot of model theories and arguments and assumptions, so have to really try and pick out the relevant parts. slept 2 times, but in the end i managed to get most of the stuff by 7 when my parents came to pick me up. i might have to go back again, just to make sure i dun leave out any impt stuff.

kao, alonso got pole...renault one-two. wth. ferrari damn suay la, bridgestone tyres not good in wet weather. hopefully tmr it's clear weather, then michael can own and win the championship. 3 races remaining!
